Track Info

Seabrook was built in 1973 and opened in 90 days; from the moment the first bulldozer set its treads on the plot of land to the moment the track opened. Originally, Seabrook Greyhound Park was only supposed to be a seasonal track, but the demand from the patrons and the need of revenue for New Hampshire persuaded the owners to keep it open year-round.

The track has the standard types of betting, and a few more exotic types that can pay off bigger to wise bettors. Programs to reward the visitors, such as give-aways, door prizes, low-cost get-aways for couples, and business and club trips have become a large part of the drawing power of the track.

The Granite Room is Seabrook Greyhound Park's function facility that draws local and corporate customers.

Seabrook Greyhound Park has their own adoption program for the retiring greyhound racers, and they encourage greyhound adoption. Another program is Seabrook Rewards - a promotion designed to thank the patrons of the track. For every dollar the patrons spend, they earn points, similar to frequent flyer miles.
